Payment Details

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (via PayPal) – British Pound Sterling, US Dollar or Euro are accepted. Full payment instructions and a formal invoice will be issued upon receipt of your registration form.

 

Registration Terms & Conditions

Registration Fee: Covers event proceedings, entrance to the conference room, exhibition hall, refreshment breaks, lunches, dinners and any other social receptions. Payment: Your registration is not valid until payment is received. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Immediate payment must be made for all registrations made within 30 days of the event and proof of payment must be provided. Delegates will not be permitted to enter the event unless payment has been received. Cancellations: Made 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Substitute registrations are acceptable at any time. All cancellations and substitute registrations must be notified in writing. Conference Language: English. Special Requirements: Please notify us at least 14 days in advance of the event of any special needs or dietary requirements. Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to change the content, timings, location or any other aspect of the event. Force Majeure: In case of force majeure, we will not be held liable in any way for any monetary loss, inconvenience or any other circumstances outside of our control, including non-refundable delegate fees.
